We have been very busy studying the province of New Brunswick. We flew over New Brunswick on Google maps on the smart board and did some research on the province. Students created their own Bird's Eye Views of the province. One of the Bird's Eyes Views we created was in oil pastel and the other bird's eye view we used the sketchbook express app on the iPads. They turned out really well. We wrote and found lots of facts on New Brunswick.
After creating more bird's eye views on the iPads we put our art pieces into an app called Thing link so we could add the facts that we had collected directly into out art pieces. It is a really neat way to share our information and our artwork.
